• Valid certification as a CNA, HHA, or PCA preferred; Caregiver experience without certification will also be considered

• Current CPR and First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain prior to start)

• Caregiving experience in a home care, assisted living, or healthcare setting preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and families

• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes throughout Boston and surrounding areas

• Ability to assist clients with mobility, transfers, and physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds as needed

• Dedicated, patient, and dependable with a genuine commitment to client-centered care

• Must pass a background check and reference verification

• Flexible availability, including willingness to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

• Bilingual candidates are a plus but not required
