For over two decades, caregiving has not just been my profession — it has been my calling.
During my years working with various home care agencies, I heard a consistent heartbeat of frustration from clients. They were weary of the revolving door of unfamiliar faces. They struggled with language barriers and grew tired of explaining their basic needs to caregivers who lacked proper training. They deserved stability, competence, and genuine connection.
Because of this, my clients frequently requested me personally. They felt the difference that dedicated, experienced care makes. One day, a client looked at me and said she could see my passion. She asked a question that changed everything: "Have you ever thought about starting your own company?"
I had always dreamed of it, but it felt impossible.
Ultimately, I chose to step out on faith. I founded Comfort and Caring Homecare Services to fix the broken system and provide the reliable, high-quality care that seniors and families truly deserve.
Today, we are celebrating three successful years in business. We built this company on the foundation of my 20+ years of hands-on experience and a deep commitment to consistency.
