Yes. We offer both 24-hour care (where caregivers rotate in shifts around the clock) and live-in care (where a caregiver resides in the home). These options are ideal for individuals who need constant supervision, have advanced dementia, or whose families simply want the peace of mind that someone is always present.
Yes. Our caregivers are experienced in working with clients living with dementia and Alzheimer's disease. Dementia care focuses on maintaining a consistent routine, ensuring safety, providing gentle redirection, and preserving the client's sense of dignity and familiarity. We work closely with families to understand the client's history, preferences, and behavioral patterns.
Respite care is temporary relief for a primary family caregiver — giving them time to rest, handle personal matters, or simply recharge. We offer flexible respite care on a schedule that works for your family, whether that's a few hours a week or several days at a time.
Absolutely. Our caregivers can provide transportation to and from medical appointments and offer in-visit support — helping clients communicate their needs to providers, taking notes, and ensuring they feel comfortable and understood during the visit.
Who We Serve
Our services are designed for seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those managing chronic health conditions who require assistance with daily living activities. We also support individuals recovering from surgery or illness, those living with dementia, and families who need respite from caregiving responsibilities.
Homecare may be the right choice if you or your loved one needs assistance with daily activities — such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, or mobility support — but still wishes to remain in the comfort and familiarity of home. It's also a great option for those recovering from surgery, managing chronic conditions, or needing companionship and supervision. If safety, independence, or quality of life is a concern, a homecare assessment can help determine the right level of support.

Yes. Care plans are fully flexible. Whether you need a few hours of assistance a couple of days per week, daily visits, or full-time 24/7 care, we will build a schedule that fits your life. Plans can also be adjusted as needs change over time.
We maintain a team of qualified caregivers so that continuity of care is never interrupted. If your regular caregiver is ill or unavailable for any reason, we will arrange a suitable replacement as quickly as possible and ensure they are briefed on your loved one's preferences and care plan.
Our Caregivers
All of our caregivers undergo a thorough vetting process that includes background checks, reference verification, and skills assessments before they are placed with any client. We hire individuals who demonstrate not just competence but genuine compassion and commitment to dignified care.
Yes. Comfort and Caring carries liability insurance and our caregivers are bonded, giving families peace of mind that they are protected. You will never need to worry about the legal or financial complexities of hiring a private caregiver on your own.
We do our best to match clients with caregivers based on personality, interests, and care needs. If at any point you feel the match isn't right, simply let us know. Your comfort and trust are our top priority, and we will work with you to find the right fit.
