We are seeking compassionate Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to join our team serving Boston and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, daily living activities, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation, and companionship. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional care with dignity and respect.

We offer competitive pay starting at $20 per hour, flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, weekend, overnight, live-in, and on-call shifts, and a supportive team environment where your work is valued and appreciated.

• CNA, HHA, or PCA certification preferred

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor with a genuine passion for helping others

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with clients and families

• Ability to assist clients with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities

• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as needed to support client safety and comfort

• Comfortable preparing meals and performing light housekeeping duties

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred for client appointment assistance

• Flexibility to work various schedules, including full-time, part-time, weekends, overnight, live-in, and on-call shifts

• Must be dependable, punctual, and client-focused at all times
